Dirty Thirty // 3. Session

The 3rd sessionof the 30K Ergo Challenge „Dirty Thirty“ has finnished and thus we reached half time. This challenge has been held since 2015 and so the records have already been stressed to the limits. But Marko MILODANOVIC (Donauhort) set the new Austrian record in the Masters Men B class with 8651 meters.

LockDown number 4 and Christmas caused a lower performance for almost all teams, but 404 total participants are a solid base for the competition. It is particularly pleasing that the group under 19 (Schoolar, JunA and B) make up the largest group (92 participants).

In the team challenge, Rowing Club LIA Vienna clearly extended its lead. The battle for second place in this session went to the Team Police Sports. With a slight lead over third-placed RC Graz and the other pursuers from Donaubund, Tullner RV, RV Priem and ISTER Linz. We can look forward to the next rounds for hard competition!

Starting from sesson 4 there is again a 30K overall classification, where the red line marks the 26,000 meters for women and 30,000 meters for men.

Don´t get tired – there are still some meters to go!
